Our client manufactures kitchen, laundry, and high-end medical appliances. It is a customer with an appetite for innovation, one of the market leaders in Germany for household appliances. It always motivates us to adapt the technologies we're working with and how we organize.

The msg team has developed a mobile app through which the user manages the activity of the appliances remotely, without requiring physical interaction with the devices.

The architecture of the application is modular, and based on contracts. We use state-of-the-art technologies such as Xamarin Native and Xamarin Forms, which have helped us develop complex features relatively quickly. This project has prompted us to invest time and energy in acquiring advanced Xamarin development skills in both the Cluj and German teams. The Agile methodology is at the core of the client's software development process.

The performance of this application was among the client's significant goals, and our team was able to achieve this goal with the rewrite of the application in Xamarin Forms. More than two years after the start of this project, we are preparing to launch the application so that end users can use the client's home appliances remotely.
