Rethinking banking
One of the projects developed with a major player in the financial-banking German market aims to improve the workflow in analyzing and assessing bank loans and customer creditworthiness.
The implemented systems allow online data collection from customers, comprehensive credit line and creditworthiness analysis at both customer and risk group levels, providing assistance and support in the credit granting process and access to information from numerous related systems.
Future business prospects include shifting stakeholder and partner orientation towards an Agile or hybrid methodology that would bring multiple benefits, such as increased customer satisfaction, optimized adaptation to fluctuating requirements, and efficient management of project teams.
From a technical perspective, we want to introduce cutting-edge technologies to allow for greater flexibility in implementation. We also find it useful to have a component library tailored to the client's overall style, making it efficient to keep common components and a consistent style across all projects through an easily scalable and maintainable architecture.
