Strategic Procurement Specialist at msg Romania

The Strategic Procurement Specialist is responsible for identifying, setting, and managing processes and metrics to hold suppliers accountable for delivery and performance too. They will drive favorable results through designing and managing business license processes, software assets, contracts, and procurement activities overall. They are always up to date with data and market trends and enjoy planning initiatives, communicating, and positively influencing suppliers, customers, and partners at all levels.

• Create a more resilient and sustainable supply chain;
• You manage suppliers and partners following the business strategy and the market trends;
• You develop new suppliers and new supply chains;
• You prepare procurement market analyses and provide recommendations for strategies and business actions;
• You develop the purchasing processes further, through modern purchasing controlling and in alignment with law directives;
• You work collaboratively with German colleagues;
• You identify and realize savings potential;
• You continuously improve the process efficiency.

Technical Proficiency:

• A degree in business informatics, business administration or a related field;
• Experience working in a complex organizational environment;
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing;
• Excellent commercial and contractual skills.

 Soft Skills:

• You are a strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual professional;
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and customer management skills;
• Self-responsibility and good teamwork skills;
• Excellent German skills and good English skills.
